This session gives you a solid foundation so you can step into classes with confidence and improve safely and efficiently

Learn the basic series of punches and where and how to land

You'll learn the basics of attack & defense, posture and balance

Proper warmups and stretching are critical to maximizing your learning and performance in class

Learn how to properly hit pads with power and precision as well as how to refine your skills on our unique heavybags

Learn the many different types of footwork, kicks, knees, and elbows step by step.

No! Even if you have experience we need to assess your level to understand how to teach you and pair you up in the class.
