Legacy Striking Academy ("Legacy Striking," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website legacystrikingacademy.com and provides Muay Thai and boxing instruction at 701 Robinson Terrace, Hendersonville, NC 28792. - Contact and enrollment information — name, email address, phone number, and, for students under 18, a parent or guardian's name and contact information — when you book a session, sign up for a membership, or contact us.
- Payment information — memberships and sessions are billed through our booking and payments partner, GymDesk. We do not store your full card number; GymDesk and its payment processor handle and store payment details under their own security and privacy practices.
- Waiver and health/safety information — if you train with us, you'll complete a liability waiver and may be asked about relevant physical conditions so coaches can train you safely. This is used only for coaching and safety purposes.
- Usage data — general analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP address) collected automatically via the tools listed below.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and manage your Fundamentals Session, classes, and membership
- Process payments and billing through GymDesk
- Respond to questions and communicate with you about your training
- Maintain the safety and integrity of our facility and programs
- Understand and improve how visitors use our website
- Meet legal, tax, and insurance record-keeping obligations
We do not use your contact information for email or SMS marketing, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Legacy Striking Academy offers Muay Thai and boxing instruction to students under 18 with a parent or guardian's consent. Where a minor enrolls, the personal information we hold about that minor (name, age, health/safety notes) is provided by, and remains under the control of, their parent or guardian. Our website itself is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online without a parent or guardian's involvement. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain accurate business and safety records, and comply with legal, tax, and insurance requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
