These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the legacystrikingacademy.com website and your participation in classes, sessions, and memberships offered by Legacy Striking Academy ("Legacy Striking," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 701 Robinson Terrace, Hendersonville, NC 28792. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Legacy Striking Academy provides Muay Thai and boxing instruction, including a one-time private Fundamentals Session and an unlimited monthly membership covering both programs. Class schedules, pricing, and program details are posted on our website and may change from time to time.
Eligibility and Minors
Our programs are open to adults and to minors under 18 who train with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must review and sign our liability waiver and any required intake paperwork on behalf of a minor student before that student begins training, and remains responsible for the minor's compliance with facility rules and these Terms.
Assumption of Risk
Muay Thai, boxing, and other striking-based training involve inherent physical risk, including the risk of serious injury, that cannot be eliminated regardless of care taken to reduce risk. By participating in any class, session, or program, you (or, for a minor, their parent or guardian) acknowledge these risks and agree to train within your ability and to follow coach instruction. All students must complete a signed liability waiver before training; that waiver, not this webpage, is the controlling document for assumption-of-risk and release terms.
Membership and Billing
- Fundamentals Session — $80, one-time, no ongoing commitment.
- Unlimited Membership — $199 per month, covering unlimited Muay Thai and boxing classes. Membership automatically renews each month and is billed to the payment method on file through our booking platform, GymDesk.
- Cancellation — you may cancel your membership at any time by giving at least 30 days' written notice to Lbaboxingacademy@gmail.com. Your membership, and billing, will continue through that notice period.
- Prices are subject to change; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active members in advance of any change affecting their membership.
- Payments are processed by GymDesk and its payment processor. Use of the booking and payment widget is also subject to GymDesk's own terms.
Facility Rules and Conduct
Students are expected to follow coach instruction, treat other students and staff with respect, and comply with posted facility and safety rules. We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend membership for conduct that endangers others, is abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website links to or embeds third-party services, including GymDesk (booking and payments), Google Maps, and our Instagram and Facebook pages. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services.
Intellectual Property
The Legacy Striking Academy name, logo, and website content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or used without our consent.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our website and program information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Striking Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in our programs, beyond what is addressed in your signed liability waiver.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Henderson County, North Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
